You don’t have to go through this alone
Loss not only affects the heart – but often also the whole life
Grief isn't a straight path. Sometimes it comes in waves, sometimes it remains completely silent. And sometimes it feels like it overshadows everything else.
I accompany you in exactly this state – with a protected space in which you can say everything, feel everything, and sort things out.
As a certified grief coach and grief processing coach, I support you with all types of loss: the death of a loved one, a breakup in a relationship, a dismissal, or the loss of meaning and security.
It can be about anything – your pain, your questions, your new beginning.

A safe space to feel, ask and grow again
You set the pace – I accompany you with clarity and compassion
My support is not about "having to function," but rather about allowing yourself to gradually find yourself after a serious loss or stroke of fate.
I work with conversation techniques, mindfulness-based methods, and elements of ritual work, if you'd like.
Often, just one initial conversation is enough to make you realize: You're not alone. And there are ways to find strength, even in the face of grief.

My support means not only surviving – but living again
Together we will find out what is good for you now
I am at your side – with heart, empathy, space, structure and genuine, loving support.
We'll talk about what's currently supporting or burdening you. Together, we'll develop new perspectives, small steps, and long-term strategies.
You decide what you bring. I listen, ask questions, and accompany you in rediscovering your resources – without pressure, but with loving clarity.
